Number based on 3 test cases (coach, lawyer, restaurateur): 9h on Spark Solo, 12 to 14h on Spark Pro. 10h is the defensible average. Beyond that depends on email volume and process maturity.
Does the AI reply to my clients on its own? What if it gets it wrong?
No. It drafts, you approve in 1 click from your phone. Auto-approve mode possible after 30 days of usage, only on topics you explicitly authorize.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Everything runs on European servers (Cloudflare + Vercel EU). No third-party model training on your data. GDPR-compatible, processing agreement provided at signing.
If I stop, how do I get my data back?
Full export within 48h: emails, contacts, calendar, assistant memory. JSON + CSV format. No data kept past 30 days after cancellation.
Is the 10h guarantee for real?
Numerical target, not a magic promise. I commit to 10h saved on average after 30 days of normal use. Not there? I refund the €750 setup. The monthly fee remains due for services consumed.
