Audience measurement — Plausible Analytics
I use Plausible Analytics to measure site traffic. Plausible is a European tool (headquartered in Estonia) without cookies, which collects no personal data:
- No cookies set, ever.
- No IP address stored (used then immediately discarded).
- No user identifier, no browser fingerprint.
- Data hosted in the EU (Germany).
- No transfer to the US, no transfer outside the EU.
Since no personal data is processed, no consent is required (CNIL, EDPB, Belgian DPA: cookieless analytics = no banner).
Third-party cookies
None. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no Tag Manager, no advertising cookies, no social media cookies.
Form cookies
The contact form uses no cookies. Anti-spam protection is a hidden honeypot field, not a tracker.
How to verify for yourself
Open your browser DevTools (F12 or ⌘+Option+I) →Application tab → Cookies. You will see only the technical cookies listed above, or nothing if your browser blocks third-party cookies.
